Terms and Conditions (for all three Silver, Gold and Platinum)

1. Cost, shipping, and payment.
   1. The price of this package does not include shipping costs. Shipment via FedEx costs an additional 950 USD for the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner TG2000-F (Silver package), or up to an additional 1,000 USD for the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner TG2000-F and the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner (Gold and Platinum packages). In addition, you will pay any applicable import duty, bank-transfer fees, or PayPal merchant fees.
   2. TG3D Studio must receive full down payment and payment for shipping costs before shipping the hardware item(s) included in your package. If we do not receive payment for your order within 10 working days after we send you an invoice, we will consider your order canceled. After we receive payment, your items will generally ship within 5–15 Taiwan working days. (If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the shipment could take up to 6 weeks.)
   3. This package includes 35 monthly payments ($499 for Silver, $599 for Gold, and $649 for Platinum). If you default on your monthly payments:
      • TG3D Studio has the right to reclaim the Goods, and you will bear all costs associated with the recovery of the Goods.
      • Your down payment and all previous monthly payments will not be refunded.
      • Interest will accrue on a daily basis at 3.5% per annum.
      • All licenses purchased will be suspended.

   4. After 36 months, the ongoing monthly license fee for the package is projected to be $100 (Silver), $299 (Gold), or $369 (Platinum). TG3D Studio reserves the right to change this fee.

2. Title. Title to the Goods will only pass to you upon full settlement of the Purchase Price. Until title to the Goods passes to you, you undertake: (a) to store the Goods separately from your other goods such that the Goods remain readily identifiable as TG3D Studio’s property; (b) not to remove, deface or obscure any identification mark or package of the Goods; and (c) to maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition. You license and permit TG3D Studio and any of our officers, employees, or agents to enter any of your premises to recover any Goods the title of which has not passed to you.

3. Required accessories.

   1. For the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner TG2000-F, see the specifications listed in your order.

   2. To use the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner, you must use an iPhone X or the iPhone SE 2020 model with iOS 9.0 or above (not included). Android phones are not supported. For best results, remove your phone’s case before using the scanner. TG3D Studio is not liable for damage to your iPhone incurred during the use of the scanner.

4. Compatible software.

   1. To use the digital fabrics generated by the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner, you will need 3D design software. If you do not purchase the Scanatic™ DC Suite software (available separately from TG3D Studio), you will need to use another software program; TG3D Studio cannot guarantee complete compatibility or smooth integration of the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner with any third-party software solution.

   2. The Scanatic™ StyleBook Service requires a computer with an Internet connection and Google Chrome.

   3. The Cloudzet™ Store App requires an iPad from 2018 or later, or an iPad Pro.

5. Included use. This package includes 600 fabric scans per year (a 1,200 USD value). If you reach this limit, you will be able to purchase additional scan credits for 2 USD per scan.

6. Assembly. The Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner and the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner ship in an unassembled condition; you will have to assemble the product(s) after delivery. We will provide instructions for assembly, but we are unable to provide in-person assistance with assembly. The Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner requires a minimum of 1520mm (60 in.) x 1320mm (52 in.) x 2100mm (83 in.) of space for installation.

7. Support.

   1. The Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner includes Online Tech Support, Remote Diagnostics during regular Office Hours (Monday to Friday 9am ~ 6pm Taipei Standard Time) when TG3D Scanatic™ Body Service is subscribed by the customer. On-Site Support to be quoted separately by case.

   2. We will provide video guides to the use of the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner and the Scanatic™ Nuno3D Service. Additional support will be available by email; we will reply to email support queries within two Taiwan working days.

8. Warranty. The hardware will be covered under warranty for a period of 1 year, beginning on the date of product activation. For details of the warranty, see here for the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner and here for the Scanatic™ Nuno Fabric Scanner.

9. Returns. If you are dissatisfied with your hardware, you may request a refund. You must submit a return request form to TG3D Studio within 40 calendar days of the shipment of the hardware (10-day estimated shipment + setup time + 30-day trial period). You will need to pack the goods with the original packaging materials. You must make the goods available for FedEx pickup within 10 business days after submitting your return request, or it will be automatically voided. You will also be responsible for return shipment costs (estimated at 900 USD for the Scanatic™ 360 Body Scanner). Upon receipt of a returned unit, TG3D Studio will inspect the unit for damage. The amount of the refund will equal the price of the hardware (exclusive of shipping costs), less the cost of any damage.
